The Client Advisor exceeds client-service expectations through personable, engaging interactions while achieving individual and team goals. The role is part-time, 24 hours, and temporary from October to December at LOEWE in Berlin.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store objectives.
- Engage clients in an emotionally engaging way to deliver an exceptional, memorable client experience.
- Engage with all clients and develop long-lasting relationships.
- Maintain client relationships through regular communication by email, phone, messages, or personalized notes.
- Master and communicate the brand’s history and heritage.
- Highlight product categories through product knowledge and storytelling.
- Develop and grow a client portfolio, updating client information in relevant company tools.
- Contribute as a team player by participating in and collaborating on activities that support the store’s overall objectives.
- Participate actively in visual merchandising in accordance with LOEWE’s visual standards.
- Keep products clean, secure, efficient, and organized in both front- and back-of-house areas.
- Support inventory management and ad hoc back-of-house tasks.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including LOEWE’s grooming and conduct standards.
