LOEWE Client Advisor role in Barcelona – luxury retail position combining sales, client relations, and brand heritage storytelling in a flagship store environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and store sales objectives through strategic client engagement and commercial results
  • Connect with clients emotionally to create memorable, exceptional experiences aligned with LOEWE's brand values
  • Build and maintain an active client portfolio through regular communication via email, phone, messages, and personalized correspondence
  • Articulate the brand's 180-year heritage, design philosophy, and product stories with confidence and authenticity
  • Develop deep product knowledge across all categories and leverage storytelling to highlight collections
  • Execute visual merchandising standards in accordance with LOEWE's aesthetic guidelines and maintain immaculate store presentation
  • Manage inventory operations, stock organization, and ad hoc back-of-house tasks with efficiency and precision
  • Collaborate as an engaged team member, participating in all store activities and initiatives
  • Adhere to company policies, LOEWE's grooming standards, and professional conduct expectations

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in customer-centric retail or luxury sales environments
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving individual goals and contributing to team results
  • Fluent in English and Italian (additional languages valued)
  • Deep genuine interest in fashion, art, and culture
  • Naturally inclusive, open-minded, and emotionally intelligent temperament
