LOEWE is hiring a Client Advisor (temporary) in Barcelona — La Roca. Join LOEWE to deliver luxury client service and grow a loyal client book.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalized client experience that consistently meets and exceeds individual and store objectives.
- Develop, grow and maintain a loyal client book through regular, thoughtful communication (email, phone, messages, personalised notes).
- Demonstrate and communicate expert product knowledge and storytelling to highlight product categories and the maison’s heritage.
- Use clienteling and CRM tools to update client records, track opportunities and follow up on leads.
- Contribute as a collaborative team player to all store activities and commercial initiatives.
- Participate actively in visual merchandising to maintain LOEWE’s presentation standards on the shop floor.
- Maintain an efficient, clean, secure and organized front‑ and back‑of‑house environment; support inventory management and ad hoc back‑of‑house tasks.
- Adhere to company policies and LOEWE standards in grooming, behaviour and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of client‑facing experience, preferably in luxury retail or a similarly customer‑centric environment.
- Proven track record of achieving individual sales targets while contributing to team results.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Deep interest in fashion, art and culture, and the ability to transmit brand heritage authentically.
- Commercially minded, service‑oriented, adaptable, empathetic and naturally inclusive.
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of client‑facing sales or customer service experience, ideally within luxury fashion or leather goods, with demonstrable success in meeting individual and store targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualification in fashion, marketing, business or a related discipline is a plus.

The successful candidate will be located in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain.
