LOEWE seeks a Part‑time Client Advisor in Barcelona (La Roca) to deliver exceptional client experiences and grow a luxury client book.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to achieve individual and store sales objectives.
- Build, qualify and nurture long-term client relationships through regular outreach (email, phone, messages, personalised notes).
- Develop and grow a personal client book; accurately record and maintain client data in company systems.
- Communicate LOEWE’s brand history, heritage and product narratives; showcase product categories through expert storytelling.
- Contribute actively to store visual merchandising and maintain shop floor presentation to LOEWE visual standards.
- Support inventory control and perform ad hoc back-of-house tasks to ensure an organised and secure environment.
- Collaborate as a team player in daily store operations and participate in activities that contribute to overall store objectives.
- Adhere to company policies and LOEWE’s standards of grooming, conduct and client confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of proven performance in client-facing, customer-centric retail roles, preferably within luxury fashion.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving individual goals while contributing to team targets.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, with strong interpersonal and communication skills to build a client portfolio.
- Deep interest in fashion, art and culture and the ability to translate that knowledge into compelling product storytelling.
- Adaptable, service-oriented and empathetic approach with an inclusive mindset and professional presentation.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of customer-facing experience in luxury retail or a similar client-centric role, with evidence of meeting individual sales targets and contributing to team performance.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or training in fashion, retail or related disciplines is advantageous.
