LOEWE seeks a temporary Client Advisor in Atlanta to deliver luxury retail excellence and exceed sales targets at its Phipps Plaza boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales objectives, driving business growth and revenue targets
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service by cultivating enduring relationships and demonstrating deep product knowledge of LOEWE's collections and brand heritage
- Exceed individual KPI targets through superior client engagement and sales execution
- Effectively utilize CRM tools to capture and leverage customer data for personalized outreach and future sales opportunities
- Foster a collaborative team environment through open communication and active engagement with colleagues
- Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom areas in strict accordance with company standards and policies
- Contribute to visual merchandising presentations that reflect LOEWE's premium brand aesthetic
- Maintain LOEWE's image standards and uphold all brand guidelines
- Accurately record customer information in company database systems
- Actively promote store events and special offerings via email, telephone communication, and personalized correspondence
- Maintain a comprehensive and organized client book with regular contact and timely follow-up on all transactions, events, and inquiries
- Proactively resolve client-related issues, including coordination of shipping logistics and alterations services
- Support general store operations, housekeeping, inventory control, and receiving functions as required
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of luxury fashion retail sales experience
- Proven track record of exceeding individual and store sales targets
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and follow-through execution
- Proficiency in managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Team-oriented mindset with genuine collaborative spirit
