Loewe seeks a temporary Client Advisor at Phipps Plaza, Atlanta. Luxury retail sales role with focus on client relationships and sales excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales objectives to drive business growth and development
- Deliver personalized, exceptional customer service founded on meaningful client relationships, showcasing comprehensive knowledge of Loewe's collections and brand history
- Exceed individual KPI targets through top-tier customer service and consultative selling
- Leverage CRM tools effectively to capture and utilize customer data for targeted engagement and relationship building
- Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues to maintain a positive, supportive workplace culture
- Maintain the sales floor and stockroom in organized, compliant condition per company standards
- Contribute to visual product presentation and display according to Loewe's aesthetic guidelines
- Uphold brand image standards and company policies at all times
- Record and manage customer information accurately in the database
- Actively promote store events through email, phone, and personalized client outreach
- Maintain a comprehensive, organized client book with regular contact and timely follow-up on all transactions and inquiries
- Address client concerns and resolve issues related to shipping, alterations, and general service recovery
- Participate in general store housekeeping and visual maintenance
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory management as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of luxury fashion retail sales experience
- Proven track record of exceeding individual and store sales targets
- History of building enduring customer and colleague relationships
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and demonstrated follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented collaborative mindset
- High adaptability and responsiveness to diverse customer needs
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands

Experience
Minimum three years of demonstrated luxury fashion sales experience within a retail environment, with proven ability to exceed both individual and store-level sales targets whilst building lasting relationships with clients.
