Client Advisor (20h/week, 7 months) at LOEWE Amsterdam De Bijenkorf – luxury fashion retail role, English & Dutch required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales objectives whilst contributing to team results
- Connect with clients in an engaging, emotionally intelligent manner to deliver exceptional and memorable experiences
- Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships through proactive outreach via email, telephone, messaging, and personalized correspondence
- Articulate the brand's heritage and craft legacy whilst highlighting product categories through compelling storytelling
- Build and expand a personal client book, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information within company systems
- Collaborate as an engaged team member in all activities supporting the store's overall objectives
- Execute visual merchandising to align with LOEWE's exacting aesthetic standards
- Maintain products and store spaces with meticulous efficiency, cleanliness, and organization across all areas
- Support inventory management and assist with back-of-house operations as required
- Uphold company policies and LOEWE's standards of professional comportment and appearance
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a customer-centric retail or client advisory role
- Demonstrated success in achieving individual targets whilst contributing to broader team objectives
- Deep personal interest in fashion, contemporary art, and cultural pursuits
- Fluency in both English and Dutch
- Natural inclination towards inclusivity, open-mindedness, and cultural sensitivity
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-centric, sales-oriented, or client advisory role, preferably within luxury fashion or a comparable service environment. The candidate should demonstrate a consistent track record of exceeding individual targets whilst fostering collaborative team dynamics.
Education
No formal educational qualification explicitly required; however, demonstrated professional competence in luxury retail or premium client services is essential.
