LOEWE seeks a seasonal Client Advisor (June–September) at its Amsterdam Hoofstraat store; fluent English and Dutch required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to overall store performance objectives
- Build meaningful emotional connections with clients to deliver exceptional and memorable experiences
- Develop and nurture long-lasting client relationships through regular, personalized communication via multiple channels
- Articulate LOEWE's brand history, heritage, and product narratives to clients
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to highlight key product categories and drive storytelling
- Grow and maintain a personal client book with updated information recorded in company systems
- Collaborate effectively as a team member in all store activities and initiatives
- Execute visual merchandising activities in accordance with LOEWE's visual and aesthetic standards
- Maintain product displays, inventory, and store environments with efficiency, security, and organization
- Support inventory management and perform back-of-house duties as required
- Uphold company policies, procedures, and LOEWE's grooming and behavioral standards

- Proven ability to achieve individual goals while contributing to team results
- Demonstrated experience in a customer-centric retail or service-oriented role
- Deep personal interest in fashion, art, and culture
- Natural inclination toward inclusivity and open-mindedness
- Fluent in both English and Dutch
