Client Advisor position at LOEWE's Amsterdam De Bijenkorf store. Fixed-term contract, 7 months, full-time luxury retail role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales objectives while maintaining service excellence
- Create meaningful emotional connections with clients to deliver exceptional and memorable experiences
- Engage with all clients and develop lasting, long-term relationships
- Maintain active client relations through regular communication via email, phone, messaging, and personalized correspondence
- Communicate brand heritage and history with authenticity and storytelling expertise
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across all categories to highlight offerings effectively
- Develop and expand client book while maintaining accurate information in company systems
- Collaborate as a team player in all activities supporting overall store objectives
- Execute visual merchandising activities in accordance with LOEWE's global visual standards
- Maintain product integrity through efficient, clean, secure, and organized inventory management in both front and back of house
- Support inventory management and ad hoc back-of-house operational tasks
- Adhere consistently to company policies and procedures, including LOEWE's grooming and conduct standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of proven retail or customer-facing experience
- Demonstrated success in achieving individual targets and contributing to team results
- Experience in a customer-centric luxury retail environment
- Deep personal interest in fashion, art, and contemporary culture
- Naturally inclusive, open-minded, and culturally aware approach
- Fluent in English and Dutch
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a customer-centric retail role, with demonstrated ability to achieve individual goals while contributing to team results. Prior experience in luxury or fashion retail is highly valued.
Education
No formal education requirement specified; however, cultural literacy and demonstrated knowledge of fashion, art, and contemporary trends are essential.
