LOEWE seeks a Client Advisor for its Amsterdam flagship store. Full-time permanent role emphasizing luxury customer experience and client relationship management.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and store sales objectives while maintaining exceptional client service standards
  • Connect with clients in an engaging and emotionally resonant manner to create memorable experiences
  • Develop and cultivate long-lasting client relationships through consistent communication via email, phone, messaging, and personalized correspondence
  • Articulate LOEWE's brand history, heritage, and product stories with compelling storytelling and in-depth product knowledge
  • Build and actively manage a personal client portfolio, updating client information in company systems
  • Collaborate as a committed team player in all store activities and initiatives to support overarching objectives
  • Participate actively in visual merchandising according to LOEWE's established visual standards and guidelines
  • Maintain products and store environments efficiently, securely, and in organized condition—both front and back of house
  • Support inventory management and execution of ad hoc back-of-house operational tasks
  • Adhere to all company policies and LOEWE's standards regarding grooming, comportment, and professional conduct

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in customer-centric retail or luxury sales roles
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving individual goals and contributing to team results
  • Fluent in English; Dutch and additional languages preferred
  • Deep interest in fashion, art, and culture
  • Naturally inclusive, open-minded, and culturally aware
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with sensitivity to client portfolio development
