LOEWE seeks a Client Advisor in Amsterdam (Noord‑Holland): temporary, full‑time boutique role delivering exceptional client service and clienteling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales objectives while contributing to team targets.
- Deliver exceptional, emotionally engaging client experiences through personalised service and storytelling.
- Prospect, develop and sustain long‑term relationships; grow and maintain a client book using company CRM tools.
- Communicate regularly with clients via email, phone, messages and personalised notes to maintain strong relationships.
- Demonstrate and transmit LOEWE’s brand history, heritage and product knowledge across all categories.
- Participate in visual merchandising to uphold LOEWE’s presentation standards and assist with store floor moves.
- Maintain front‑ and back‑of‑house presentation: organised, clean, secure and commercially ready.
- Support inventory management and perform ad hoc back‑of‑house duties as required.
- Adhere to company policies and LOEWE grooming and behavioural standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven record of meeting individual goals and contributing to team results in a customer‑facing role.
- Previous experience in retail, boutique or luxury client‑facing environments preferred.
- Deep interest in fashion, art and culture with the ability to convey product stories authentically.
- Confident, service‑oriented, adaptable and empathetic approach to client interactions.
- Excellent communication skills with sensitivity to build and manage a diverse client portfolio.
- Fluent in English and Dutch.
Skills
Experience
Entry‑level to junior candidates with prior customer‑facing retail experience are welcome; demonstrable achievement of individual sales targets and contribution to team results is required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or a diploma in fashion, retail or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory when accompanied by relevant retail experience.
