LOEWE seeks a Client Advisor in Amsterdam (De Bijenkorf) on a 7‑month contract — deliver exceptional luxury clienteling and sales.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, memorable client service and achieve individual and store sales objectives.
- Build and develop long‑term client relationships through personalised communication (email, phone, messages, notes) and to grow a client book.
- Present and narrate product categories with authoritative product knowledge and storytelling that reflects LOEWE’s heritage.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation in accordance with LOEWE standards; support floor and back‑of‑house organisation.
- Support inventory management and carry out ad hoc back‑of‑house tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
- Collaborate proactively with the store team to contribute to collective objectives and store initiatives.
- Adhere to company policies and LOEWE grooming and behavioural standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of experience in customer‑facing retail or luxury sales roles, with a proven track record of meeting individual targets.
- Fluent in English and Dutch.
- Deep interest in fashion, art and culture with the ability to communicate brand heritage convincingly.
- Service‑oriented, confident, adaptable and empathetic; strong interpersonal skills for clienteling.
- Commercial mindset and results driven while maintaining a collaborative team spirit.

Experience
Minimum three years of proven experience in a customer‑centric retail or luxury sales position, demonstrating consistent achievement of individual targets and development of a client portfolio.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or a related field is advantageous.
