Role & Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store sales objectives while contributing to team results
• Connect with clients in an emotionally engaging manner to deliver exceptional and memorable experiences
• Develop and cultivate lasting client relationships through proactive engagement and personalized communication
• Maintain client relationships through regular outreach via email, phone, messages, and personalized correspondence
• Master and communicate LOEWE's brand history, heritage, and artistic vision
• Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and execute compelling storytelling to highlight product categories
• Build and expand client portfolio while maintaining accurate client information in company systems
• Collaborate effectively as a team member and participate in store-wide initiatives to achieve collective objectives
• Execute visual merchandising standards in accordance with LOEWE's brand aesthetic guidelines
• Maintain product displays, inventory, and store environment in an organized, clean, and secure manner
• Support inventory management activities and execute back-of-house operational tasks as needed
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and LOEWE's grooming and behavioral standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in retail, client service, or similar customer-centric roles
• Track record of achieving individual sales goals and contributing to team objectives
• Demonstrated passion for fashion, art, and contemporary culture
• Natural inclination toward inclusivity, open-mindedness, and authentic client engagement
• Exceptional communication skills with ability to build and maintain a diverse client portfolio

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-centric retail or hospitality environment, demonstrating consistent achievement of individual goals and contribution to team success within a luxury or lifestyle brand context.
