Role & Responsibilities

• Drive fragrance sales by achieving sales targets while promoting Perfumes Loewe and providing personalised luxury service.
• Demonstrate expertise in fragrance and fragrance notes to inspire clients and attract new customers.
• Proactively sell Perfumes Loewe products and deliver luxury-standard customer service.
• Meet or exceed sales targets set by the line manager; achieve assigned sales KPIs.
• Cross-sell across product categories to increase average transaction value (ATV) and average transaction units (ATU).
• Maintain knowledge of Perfumes Loewe products and recommend personalised products to clients.
• Initiate client contact, welcome customers at the counter and attract passing traffic.
• Build personal relationships with clients and foster loyalty.
• Educate clients about Perfumes Loewe products and the brand.
• Participate in merchandise management in accordance with corporate guidelines.
• Monitor stock levels, report issues and maintain sufficient stock.
• Follow company procedures and policies outlined in the employee handbook.
• Carry out additional duties as directed by the management team.
• Represent Perfumes Loewe as a brand ambassador and uphold the brand's standards.

Qualifications

• Creative, with the ability to recreate for clients the emotions a fragrance was designed to encapsulate.
• Tenacious and willing to go the extra mile to ensure each customer receives excellent luxury service.
• Driven and results-oriented, with an interest in growing the business through events and counter activity.
• Self-confident and able to approach and engage customers with ease, using strong selling skills.
• Immaculately groomed and presented, embodying the elegance associated with Perfumes Loewe.
• Previous experience in a luxury, consultative sales role is required.
• Experience in beauty and/or fragrance sales is advantageous.
