Loewe Perfumes seeks a Boutique Store Manager in Suzhou, China to oversee operations, sales, and team performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage boutique store staff, delegate tasks, monitor performance, and implement disciplinary measures as needed; ensure employee health and safety
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily store operations including scheduling, workflow optimization, expense approvals, and equipment maintenance
- Develop and motivate the team to achieve high performance; provide in-store training and coaching to enhance staff capabilities, product knowledge, and sales techniques
- Drive retail sales performance by setting individual sales targets and implementing action plans; guide and motivate the sales team to meet monthly and annual targets
- Implement retail and marketing policies established by head office, including discount policies, gift protocols, and general expenditure guidelines
- Monitor product security and inventory levels; ensure adequate stock to meet sales demands and provide recommendations to optimize inventory structure
- Collect and communicate store performance data and market intelligence (local economic conditions, competitive activities, promotional campaigns) to management
- Build and maintain customer relationships; support sales consultants in developing and maintaining VIP client relationships
- Proactively communicate with landlord representatives to access dynamic venue information and promotional opportunities to maximize store performance
- Supervise after-sales service coordination; handle customer complaints according to company procedures, manage escalations, and report to the after-sales department
- Monitor inventory structure and recommend improvements to enhance product assortment and sales velocity
Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher
- Polished appearance and refined demeanor
- 2–3 years of experience as a boutique store manager or equivalent retail leadership role
- Knowledge of fragrances, perfumes, cosmetics, and the beauty industry
- Exceptional attention to detail and responsibility; strong stress management capability

2–3 years in a boutique store manager position or equivalent retail management role within the luxury beauty, fragrance, or cosmetics sector.
Education
Associate degree (专科) or higher; candidates with a bachelor's degree are preferred.
