Role & Responsibilities
- Sell LOEWE Perfumes products and deliver premium customer service throughout the sales process
- Increase brand awareness and foster customer loyalty among consumers
- Identify, understand, and respond to customers' fragrance and beauty needs with personalized recommendations
- Monitor competitive activity, including competitor launches and promotional actions
- Propose and demonstrate tailored product offerings to clients
- Develop and sustain meaningful relationships with customers through loyalty programs and sampling initiatives
- Achieve monthly retail sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain merchandising standards and conduct inventory management in compliance with corporate guidelines
- Monitor stock levels and report inventory issues to ensure product availability
- Execute assigned operational and administrative tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Advanced proficiency in Italian and English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in retail or service industries, ideally within luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors
- Demonstrated experience working toward and achieving sales objectives
