LOEWE Perfumes Beauty Consultant position in Valladolid, Spain. Part-time retail sales role in luxury fragrances.
Role & Responsibilities
- Initiate contact with customers and provide welcoming counter service
- Identify, understand, and articulate customer fragrance preferences and needs
- Present and demonstrate personalized product offers across the LOEWE fragrance collection
- Recommend complementary products and drive additional category sales
- Cultivate durable customer relationships through loyalty programs, sampling, and personalized follow-up
- Achieve monthly retail sales targets consistently
- Educate customers on LOEWE products and brand heritage, craft, and values
- Maintain counter merchandising and visual standards according to corporate guidelines
- Monitor stock levels and report inventory issues to management
- Execute operational and administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English; additional languages highly valued
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail or service sectors
- Demonstrated experience in luxury, beauty, or fashion retail preferred
