Beauty Consultant position at LOEWE Perfumes in Paris. Join Galeries Lafayette's luxury fragrance retail team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Sell LOEWE Perfumes products and provide elevated customer service throughout the entire customer journey
- Increase brand awareness and foster consumer loyalty through personalized engagement
- Identify, understand, and address customer needs to propose tailored fragrance solutions
- Monitor competitive activities, including special promotions and product launches
- Demonstrate and recommend personalized product offerings to clients
- Cultivate enduring relationships with customers via loyalty programs, samples, and follow-up
- Achieve and exceed monthly retail sales objectives
- Maintain merchandising displays and conduct inventory management in accordance with corporate guidelines
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies to ensure optimal product availability
- Execute assigned operational and administrative responsibilities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Fluent in French and English
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in retail or service industry
- Prior experience working with sales objectives and targets
- Experience in luxury retail, beauty, or fashion sectors preferred
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
