LOEWE Perfumes seeks Beauty Consultant at Ludwig Beck Munich. Lead retail operations, drive sales, and manage teams in luxury fragrance retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a key partner in implementing organized sales strategies for the counter, aligned with overarching business objectives
- Ensure the highest level of client experience is consistently provided, creating memorable and personalized interactions
- Build network and understanding of the market environment; monitor competitors to identify opportunities
- Coordinate schedules and planning to ensure achievement of qualitative and quantitative objectives
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the counter, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Drive sales performance and profitability by setting and achieving counter sales targets, optimizing store layout, and effectively managing inventory and visual merchandising
- Monitor stock levels and report issues to ensure adequate product availability
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain consistent brand experience
- Ensure the counter is well maintained, clean, and organized to create an inviting and visually appealing environment
- Build omnichannel mindset and drive related KPIs to maximize opportunities and increase client satisfaction across all business channels
- Conduct all assigned operational and administrative tasks
- Lead recruitment of promoters, seasonal substitutions, or newly created positions
Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Advanced German and English; Spanish and/or French valuable
- 5+ years of professional experience in retail or service industry, ideally in luxury, beauty, or fashion
- Previous experience working with sales objectives
- Previous people management experience

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in retail or service industry, ideally in luxury, beauty, or fashion environments, with demonstrated track record of achieving sales objectives and managing teams.
Education
High school graduate or equivalent qualification.
