The Beauty Consultant joins the LOEWE Perfumes Retail team at La Rinascente in Milan, representing the brand and promoting and selling its products in line with brand guidelines and local business objectives. The role covers customer service, sales targets, client relationships, merchandising, inventory, stock monitoring, and operational and administrative tasks. This is a permanent, full-time position with rotating shifts.
Role & Responsibilities
- Sell LOEWE Perfumes products and provide a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process.
- Increase brand awareness and consumer loyalty.
- Identify, understand, and reformulate customers’ needs.
- Monitor competitors’ activities, including special promotions and product launches.
- Propose and demonstrate personalized product recommendations.
- Build lasting relationships with customers through the IT loyalty program, sampling, and related activities.
- Achieve monthly retail sales targets.
- Maintain merchandising and participate in inventory activities according to corporate guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels and report issues to ensure sufficient products and items are available in store.
- Complete assigned operational and administrative tasks.
- Represent LOEWE Perfumes as a brand ambassador, promoting and selling its products in accordance with brand guidelines and local business objectives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Advanced Italian, French, and English; Spanish, Chinese, or Arabic is an advantage.
- Previous experience working with sales objectives.
- Availability to work full-time on rotating shifts.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of professional experience in retail or the service industry, ideally in luxury, beauty, or fashion; minimum 3 years of experience.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
