The Beauty Consultant represents LOEWE Perfumes at Primor Goya and La Vaguada, promoting and selling products in line with brand guidelines and market objectives while delivering high-standard customer service. The role is part-time, with 36 hours of work, and is permanent.
Role & Responsibilities
- Sell LOEWE Perfumes products and deliver a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process.
- Increase brand awareness and consumer loyalty.
- Identify, understand and reformulate customers’ needs.
- Monitor competitors, including special activations and product launches.
- Propose and demonstrate personalized product recommendations.
- Build lasting customer relationships through the IT loyalty programme, sampling and related initiatives.
- Achieve monthly retail sales targets.
- Maintain merchandising and participate in inventory activities in accordance with corporate guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels and report issues to ensure sufficient product availability in store.
- Complete all assigned operational and administrative tasks.
- Represent LOEWE Perfumes as a brand ambassador, promoting and selling products in line with brand guidelines and market business objectives.
Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Advanced Spanish and English; other languages are highly valued.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience working with sales objectives.
- Availability to work 36 hours across Primor Goya and La Vaguada.
Skills
Experience
At least 3 years of professional experience in retail or the service industry, ideally in luxury, beauty or fashion; previous experience working with sales objectives.
Education
High school graduate or equivalent.
