Beauty Consultant at LOEWE Perfumes, Madrid (part-time). Sell premium fragrances across PRIMOR Goya and La Vaguada.
Role & Responsibilities
- Sell LOEWE Perfumes products and deliver high-standard customer service throughout the sales process
- Increase brand awareness and customer loyalty through strategic engagement and product education
- Identify, analyse, and address customer needs with personalized product recommendations
- Monitor competitive activity including special promotions, product launches, and market trends
- Propose and demonstrate tailored product offerings aligned with individual customer preferences
- Build and maintain enduring client relationships through loyalty programs, sampling initiatives, and follow-up engagement
- Achieve monthly retail sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain merchandising displays and inventory management in accordance with corporate guidelines
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies to ensure product availability
- Execute operational and administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English; additional languages highly desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Excel and PowerPoint
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in retail or service sectors, preferably within luxury, beauty, or fashion
- Proven track record of working toward and exceeding sales objectives
- Availability to work 36 hours weekly across multiple locations (PRIMOR Goya and La Vaguada)

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in retail or service industry, ideally in the luxury, beauty, or fashion sector. Demonstrated experience working with and achieving sales objectives.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
