LOEWE Perfumes seeks Beauty Consultant in Madrid, Spain for part-time rotator role across two retail locations with focus on luxury fragrance sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Sell LOEWE Perfumes products and deliver elevated customer service throughout the entire transaction
- Increase brand awareness and foster customer loyalty among consumers
- Identify, understand, and address customer needs through personalized consultations
- Monitor competitive landscape including special promotions and product launches
- Propose and demonstrate bespoke product recommendations tailored to individual preferences
- Cultivate lasting customer relationships through digital loyalty programs, sampling initiatives, and engagement activities
- Achieve monthly retail sales targets and performance objectives
- Maintain merchandising standards and conduct inventory management according to corporate guidelines
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies to ensure optimal product availability
- Execute all assigned operational and administrative responsibilities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English; additional languages highly valued
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in retail or service industry, preferably in luxury, beauty, or fashion
- Demonstrated experience working toward and achieving sales targets
- Availability to work 36 hours weekly across PRIMOR Goya and La Vaguada locations
