Perfumes Loewe seeks a Beauty Consultant at Liberty, London, on a permanent, full-time basis (37.5 hours per week). The consultant promotes the brand, delivers high-standard customer service, develops customer relationships, maintains counter merchandising and stock, and achieves monthly sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Sell LOEWE products and provide customers with a high standard of service throughout the sales journey.
- Initiate contact with customers and welcome them at the counter and through traffic-stopping.
- Identify, understand and reformulate customers’ needs.
- Propose and demonstrate personalized fragrance products.
- Recommend additional products within the category.
- Develop lasting customer relationships through the IT loyalty program, sampling and other methods.
- Achieve monthly retail sales targets.
- Educate customers about LOEWE products and the LOEWE brand.
- Maintain counter merchandising in accordance with corporate guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Counter Manager to ensure adequate stock.
- Carry out assigned operational and administrative tasks.
- Represent LOEWE as a brand ambassador, promote its brand image and values, and provide the highest standard of customer service while achieving sales targets.
