Role & Responsibilities
- Initiate customer contact and welcome visitors to the counter and through floor traffic engagement
- Identify, understand, and reformulate customer fragrance preferences and needs
- Propose and demonstrate personalized fragrance products tailored to individual profiles
- Recommend complementary beauty products to enhance the sale
- Build lasting customer relationships through IT loyalty programs, sampling, and personalized follow-up
- Achieve and monitor monthly retail sales targets consistently
- Educate customers on LOEWE fragrance portfolio and brand heritage
- Maintain counter merchandising and visual displays according to corporate guidelines
- Monitor stock levels and alert Counter Manager to inventory discrepancies or shortages
- Execute operational and administrative tasks as assigned
