Role & Responsibilities
- Sell LOEWE Perfumes products and deliver premium customer service throughout the sales process
- Build brand awareness and customer loyalty towards LOEWE Perfumes among consumers
- Identify, understand, and adapt to customer needs through consultative selling
- Monitor competitive activity including special promotions and product launches
- Propose and demonstrate personalized product offerings tailored to individual preferences
- Cultivate long-term customer relationships through loyalty programs, samples, and personalized engagement
- Achieve monthly retail sales targets and performance goals
- Maintain visual merchandising and inventory management according to corporate guidelines
- Monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies to ensure product availability in-store
- Execute all assigned operational and administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Secondary education diploma or equivalent
- Advanced proficiency in Italian and English
- Spanish and/or French language skills are advantageous
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in retail or customer service, ideally in luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors
- Demonstrated experience working towards and achieving sales targets
