LOEWE Perfumes seeks a Beauty Consultant in Barcelona (Part-time). Client-facing role selling fragrances and delivering luxury service.

Overview

LOEWE Perfumes is the fragrance division of LOEWE, the Spanish luxury house owned by LVMH. The parfumerie arm translates LOEWE’s artisanal craftsmanship and contemporary design language into scent, operating within a heritage-led yet progressive luxury group that values creativity, quality and brand storytelling.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized sales and service across the entire customer journey on counter and during traffic-stopping approaches
  • Initiate contact, qualify customer needs and reformulate requirements to provide tailored fragrance recommendations
  • Demonstrate and propose LOEWE fragrance offers and relevant add-on products within the category
  • Develop and maintain durable client relationships through loyalty programmes, sampling and proactive follow-up
  • Consistently achieve and report against monthly retail sales targets
  • Educate customers about LOEWE products and brand heritage
  • Maintain counter merchandising to corporate visual standards and participate in stock replenishment
  • Monitor stock levels, escalate issues to the Manager and conduct assigned operational and administrative tasks

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Advanced Spanish and English proficiency; additional languages are highly valued
  • Minimum 3 years' professional experience in retail or the service industry, preferably within luxury, beauty or fashion
  • Customer-focused with proven ability to meet sales targets and build repeat client business
  • Strong communication skills, autonomy and a proactive approach to sales and operations
  • Candidates holding a certificate of disability ≥33% are encouraged and valued

Experience

Minimum 3 years of retail or customer-facing experience, preferably in luxury beauty, fashion or perfumery.
