Loewe Beauty Advisor position in Suzhou. Full-time retail role managing fragrance boutique operations, inventory, and client relations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily work assignments and ensure complete, accurate product knowledge of the fragrance and beauty collection, including brand heritage and values
- Maintain personal appearance and professional demeanor consistent with luxury brand standards
- Execute sales targets and daily inventory reconciliation; oversee product tracking from receiving through display and ensure secure placement throughout operating hours
- Monitor computer systems and POS terminals for optimal functionality; report technical issues promptly
- Manage retail inventory and maintain pristine, organized store environment
- Address customer complaints and operational incidents with professionalism and discretion
- Monitor market dynamics and competitor intelligence to inform sales approach
Qualifications
- Secondary education or above
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in beauty, fragrance, specialty retail, or comparable roles
- Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility
- Demonstrated ability to manage pressure and maintain service excellence under demanding conditions

Education
Secondary education (junior high school diploma or equivalent) or above.
