LOEWE Assistant Training Manager role in Shanghai, China. Lead retail training and coaching initiatives across Asia Pacific region.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct in-store coaching and training to ensure behaviour change and drive individual and store performance metrics
- Design, develop, and implement training programs focused on client experience, product knowledge, selling skills, and clienteling
- Inspire and motivate field sales teams through both in-store and digital coaching initiatives
- Collaborate with retail stakeholders to design and execute motivational activities and business development programmes
- Support store leadership teams in developing management capabilities and people development skills
- Manage implementation of headquarters and local training programs across assigned stores and regions
- Collect, analyse, and synthesise retail feedback to drive continuous improvement of training initiatives
- Monitor and support store performance across assigned portfolio, including Client Experience and NPS metrics
- Develop comprehensive training materials including manuals, presentations, videos, and supporting tools
- Measure training program effectiveness, track key performance indicators, and propose improvements
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation; provide monthly performance summaries with strategic recommendations
- Manage all logistical coordination for retail training initiatives
Qualifications
- Fluent in Mandarin with workable spoken and written English
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in training, coaching, or human resources disciplines
- Demonstrated expertise in employee coaching and development (formal certification preferred)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven proficiency in training program localization and implementation
- Strong organisational and project coordination abilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Photoshop, social media management, or video production preferred

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in training, human resources, retail management, or related disciplines with demonstrated success in designing and delivering corporate training programmes or coaching development initiatives.
Education
