Le Labo is seeking a Store Manager in São Paulo to oversee all store operations, drive sales and customer service through the team, and manage staffing, inventory, merchandising, expenses, security and loss prevention. The role is full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all store operations, including recruiting, training and developing the team.
- Generate sales through the team, deliver excellent customer service and maximize store profits through expense control and efficient resource management.
- Set sales targets and performance-improvement strategies.
- Keep expenses within budget limits.
- Manage inventory and merchandising.
- Lead human resources processes, including recruitment, hiring and disciplinary measures.
- Oversee loss prevention and store security.
- Prepare staff schedules based on sales demand.
Qualifications
- High school diploma.
- A completed or ongoing undergraduate degree is preferred.
- Experience in customer service.
- Experience managing sales teams.
- Luxury-market experience is preferred.
Education
