Le Labo seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead a high-performing retail team and drive all sales, customer service, and operational objectives. The successful candidate will function as the Chief Executive Officer of the store, developing and executing strategic business plans while recruiting, coaching, and retaining a dynamic sales team. This role offers exposure to business planning, consumer insights, event management, customer relationship management, and front-line marketing—providing a foundation for career progression within the prestige beauty sector.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve all sales, customer service, and operational targets
  • Create and execute agile business plans including sales forecasting, strategic customer targeting, and customer acquisition strategies
  • Conduct strategic analysis of sales data and performance metrics to inform decision-making and identify growth opportunities
  • Plan and execute high-impact in-store events and promotional campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales
  • Manage customer relationship management (CRM) strategies to retain and cultivate a loyal customer base
  • Oversee retail operations including inventory management, facilities management, and cash reconciliation
  • Schedule staff, manage labor costs, and optimize team productivity across all retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
  • Recruit and onboard qualified sales associates to maintain a high-performing team
  • Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service and ensure team compliance with service standards
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust business strategies accordingly

Qualifications

  • Proven retail management or assistant retail management experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • Previous business planning experience including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
  • Retail operations expertise including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation
  • Proven track record of leading a team to consistently achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Experience creating and executing in-store events and promotional programs
  • Proficiency with retail point-of-sale (POS) software systems
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
  • Right to live and work in the United States (proof required if invited to interview)

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 29 to USD 35 per hour.
