Le Labo seeks a Store Manager in London to lead and develop Sales Associates, deliver sales, customer service and operational targets, and own business planning, customer engagement, events and retail operations. This full-time role includes responsibility for team leadership, inventory, facilities and cash reconciliation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.
- Create and execute an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, customer relationship management and effective team leadership.
- Set sales and customer service targets, analyse sales and schedule staff.
- Manage inventory, facilities and cash reconciliation.
- Create and execute in-store events.
Qualifications
- Proven retail management or assistant retail management experience, preferably in cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
- Proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Applicants must be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.

Experience
Proven retail management or assistant retail management experience; experience in cosmetics preferred; previous business planning and retail operations experience; experience creating and executing in-store events; previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
