Le Labo seeks a Store Manager in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn, to lead and develop Sales Associates, deliver sales and service targets, and oversee business planning, customer relationships, in-store events and retail operations. The full-time role calls for proven retail management experience and offers eligibility for a competitive bonus program.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.
- Create and execute an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, in-store events, customer relationship management and team leadership.
- Set sales and customer service targets, analyze sales and schedule staff.
- Manage inventory and facilities, and reconcile cash.
- Create and execute in-store events.
Qualifications
- Proven retail management or assistant retail management experience, preferably in cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Previous business planning experience, including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling.
- Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation.
- Proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Experience creating and executing in-store events.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
