Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Associates to achieve all sales, customer service, and operational targets
- Execute an agile business plan with accountability for store performance, customer recruitment and retention through strategic targeting and customer relationship management

- Previous retail operations experience with inventory and facilities management, cash reconciliation, and point-of-sale systems
- Proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Experience creating and executing in-store events
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail point-of-sale software
- Proof of right to live and work in the United States
