Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Sales Associates to achieve all sales, customer service, and operational targets
- Create and execute agile business plans with strategic customer targeting and event management
- Manage inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation with accountability for all store operations
- Recruit and retain customers through exceptional relationship management and in-store events

Skills
Experience
Proven retail management or assistant retail management experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty. Track record of leading teams to exceed sales and customer service targets in fast-paced retail environments. Business planning experience encompassing sales analysis, target setting, and staff scheduling. Demonstrated success in inventory and facilities management with cash handling experience.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further retail management training or certifications preferred.
