Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all daily store operations, sales activities, and point-of-sale transactions
- Manage and develop a high-performing retail team through coaching, training, and performance management
- Drive sales targets and revenue goals through effective client engagement and merchandise optimization

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Expertise in point-of-sale systems and retail operations
- Fluency in English and Dutch required

Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of progressive retail management experience in a luxury or premium brand environment, with demonstrated success in P&L ownership and team leadership.
Education
Secondary education required; retail management certification or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
