Le Labo, a prestigious luxury fragrance and beauty brand under Estée Lauder Companies, seeks a dynamic Store Key Holder to support store leadership in delivering exceptional retail operations and customer experiences. The successful candidate will coach and mentor sales team members to deliver inspirational, personalized service while managing essential cash handling responsibilities, including daily reconciliations and opening/closing procedures. This supervisory entry-level role is ideal for an ambitious self-starter with retail experience seeking their first leadership opportunity in prestige beauty.

Role & Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor sales team members to achieve sales and customer service targets while modelling brand behaviors and values
• Conduct daily cash reconciliation and manage opening and closing store procedures on a rotational basis
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring smooth, efficient daily store operations
• Deliver inspirational and personalized customer service while maintaining high standards of brand representation
• Manage retail point-of-sale operations and cash handling activities

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or beauty
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Previous supervisory or lead experience including coaching and mentoring others
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
• Demonstrated ability to manage cash reconciliation and opening/closing procedures

Skills

Experience

Previous retail experience is required, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty. Previous supervisory experience including coaching and mentoring is desirable. Previous experience with retail operations, including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures, is desirable.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent is typically required for retail supervisory roles; further education is not specified as required.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 21 to USD 25 per hour.
