Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor sales team members to achieve sales and customer service targets while modelling brand behaviors and values
- Conduct daily cash reconciliation and manage opening and closing store procedures on a rotational basis
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring smooth, efficient daily store operations
- Deliver inspirational and personalized customer service while maintaining high standards of brand representation
- Manage retail point-of-sale operations and cash handling activities
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or beauty
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Previous supervisory or lead experience including coaching and mentoring others
