A Stock Associate supports the sales team at Le Labo by ensuring inventory availability meets customer demand and maintaining operational excellence throughout the stock room. Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain adequate stock levels and ensure product availability to meet customer demand
- Organize and maintain the stock room to the highest cleanliness and operational standards
- Manage inventory effectively in accordance with company guidelines
- Support the sales team with timely stock replenishment
- Work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events as required
Qualifications
- Previous stock management experience, preferably in a retail environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if required
