Le Labo is hiring a full-time, permanent Sales Assistant for its free-standing store in Copenhagen, reporting to the Store Manager. The role combines personalised fragrance and beauty advice, sales target delivery, cashiering, counter upkeep, visual merchandising and in-store events. The position is expected to start on November 1, 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

• Reach individual sales targets and monitor counter turnover.
• Deliver an authentic, personalised customer experience by recommending products that meet customer needs.
• Maintain counter standards, including tidiness, restocking and visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines.
• Build collaborative relationships with colleagues and the direct manager.
• Perform services, participate in in-store events and support colleagues.
• Operate the cash register and promote customer satisfaction and loyalty in support of business financial objectives.
• Welcome and engage customers, introduce them to the Le Labo brand and its products, and create an educational, inspirational and memorable in-store experience.
• Work with the team to create impact through in-store events and ensure the store meets visual merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma.
• Previous retail experience, preferably in beauty or fashion, including cashiering.
• Skincare or other beauty certificates are a plus.
• Proficiency in a Scandinavian language and English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Availability to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends and special events.
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram is a plus.
• Strong social and listening skills; ability to tell stories and engage customers.
• Outgoing, positive and proactive approach, resilience in the face of challenges, and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Enthusiasm for helping people feel confident, elegant and happy, and for developing professional skills.
