Le Labo seeks two Sales Assistants to deliver exceptional, personalized service at its Copenhagen retail counter. The successful candidate will greet and engage customers, educate them on Le Labo's fragrance and beauty offerings, achieve individual sales targets, and maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards. This role offers the opportunity to join Estée Lauder Companies' prestige beauty division and contribute to memorable in-store experiences through collaborative teamwork and authentic customer engagement.

Role & Responsibilities

• Greet, engage, and provide personalized consultation to customers, guiding them through Le Labo's product range according to their individual needs
• Achieve individual sales targets and monitor counter turnover performance
• Maintain counter organization and visual merchandising standards in accordance with Le Labo brand guidelines
• Perform cashiering duties, process transactions, and ensure customer satisfaction to enhance loyalty and support business objectives
• Participate in in-store events and promotional activities
• Establish collaborative relationships with team members and management
• Perform counter inventory management and restocking as required

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma
• Previous retail experience, preferably within beauty or fashion, including cashiering experience
• Proficiency in a Scandinavian language and English, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic retail environment
• Availability to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
• Skincare or beauty certification (preferred)
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram (preferred)

Skills

Experience

Previous retail experience within beauty or fashion, including cashiering, is required. The candidate should demonstrate proficiency in engaging customers and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

Education

Minimum high school diploma required.
