Le Labo seeks a part-time Sales Advisor in Den Haag to deliver luxury fragrance experiences through personalized service and hand-blended perfume artistry.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, authentic customer service that reflects Le Labo's premium positioning and ethos
- Hand-blend fragrances and personalize product labels in collaboration with customers before their eyes
- Share in-depth product knowledge and educate customers on the art and craftsmanship behind each fragrance
- Create memorable sensorial experiences that resonate with clientele and encourage repeat visitation
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems and manage transaction processing
- Work flexibly across evening, weekend, and special event hours to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and contribute to the aesthetic presentation of the retail space
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably within the beauty, fragrance, or luxury retail sector
- Demonstrated passion for niche fragrances, contemporary art, design, and artisanal craftsmanship
- Proficiency in Dutch and English
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software (advantageous)
- Ability to embody and communicate the brand's downtown lifestyle ethos and alternative aesthetic

1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in the beauty sector or luxury retail environment.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; training in retail, beauty, or fragrance is advantageous.
