Le Labo Seattle seeks a Retail Key Holder at Capitol Hill. Lead sales team, manage cash reconciliation, and support store operations with competitive hourly pay ($21.30–$26.00).
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the sales team, modeling exemplary customer service behaviors and best practices
- Perform opening and closing procedures on a rotating basis, including cash reconciliation and register balancing
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the store
- Coach sales team members to achieve sales and customer service targets through authentic, personalized engagement
- Execute cash handling protocols and retail operations procedures with accuracy and integrity
- Maintain store standards and contribute to a positive, inclusive team environment
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation, opening and closing procedures (desirable)
- Prior supervisory experience including coaching and mentoring team members (desirable)
- Experience with retail point-of-sale (POS) software
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Right to live and work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Previous retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or beauty. Supervisory or team leadership experience is desirable but not essential for strong candidates transitioning into their first supervisory role.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; further education is not specified.
