Le Labo seeks a Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, coach the sales team, deliver personalized customer service, reconcile cash and open and close the store on a rota basis. This is a full-time role with an anticipated hourly range of $18.98–$23.00, dependent on experience, skills, education and budget, with geographic variation; it is also eligible for a competitive bonus program.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store.
- Lead by example, coaching and mentoring the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service and achieve sales and service targets.
- Perform start- and end-of-day cash reconciliation.
- Open and close the store on a rota basis.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store, is desirable.
- Previous supervisory experience, including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets, is desirable.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Must be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in the United States if invited to interview.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18.98 to USD 23 per hour.
