Le Labo seeks a National Education Manager to lead education and eventing strategy across the UK and Ireland for Le Labo, Editions de Parfums Frédéric Malle and KILIAN. The role combines field coaching, service and event strategy, classroom and virtual learning, global engagement and administration to support retail and net sales goals. This is a full-time regular position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive the UK and Ireland education and brand strategy, translating brand and regional priorities into effective education plans.
- Build capability across Education Managers and field teams and deliver a consistent, high-touch consumer experience across retail and omnichannel touchpoints.
- Inspire Fragrance Experts, elevate service experiences and events, and bring the brands’ stories and artistry to life.
- Lead education and eventing strategies that strengthen brand presence and team capabilities across the UK and Ireland.
- Coach in-store teams at priority doors on fragrance experiences, storytelling, product demonstrations, personalized experiences, client acquisition and data capture.
- Plan visits around business priorities and partner with Regional Sales Managers to drive growth.
- Mentor Experts, track KPIs and ensure measurable performance impact.
- Work with Sales teams to identify opportunities, celebrate top performers and share best practices.
- Drive service strategy and personalized client experiences.
- Coach teams on best-in-class events, masterclasses and atelier activations.
- Partner with Marketing and Sales to design and execute PR and consumer events.
- Ensure operational excellence in eventing and optimize KPIs.
- Align campaigns and messaging to increase engagement and conversion.
- Deliver engaging education for Counter Managers, Store Managers, Souls and Experts.
- Localize global materials while maintaining brand standards.
- Lead e-learning implementation and teach service behaviours and product expertise.
- Promote peer learning, track programme success and refine content based on feedback.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align education with broader strategies.
- Liaise with Global Education teams and represent the UK and Ireland at summits.
- Share regional insights to shape global strategy and exchange best practices.
- Manage budgets, logistics and cross-team communication.
- Organize recognition events and support brand presentations.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in beauty education, coaching and eventing.
- Luxury brand experience is a plus.
- Commercial awareness and a data-driven approach.
- Skilled facilitator with strong communication abilities.
- Experience delivering both classroom and virtual learning.
- Passion for skincare and knowledge of prestige beauty products and services.
- Eligible to work in the UK and Ireland.
- Willingness to travel regularly across the UK and Ireland and occasionally outside the region.
- Fluent in English; Chinese or Middle Eastern languages are a plus.
