Le Labo seeks a Makeup Artist for a part-time, 18-hour-per-week Travel Retail role at Heathrow Airport Terminal 3. The artist delivers personalized customer experiences, supports in-store events and visual merchandising, and brings creative and technical makeup expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Contribute to in-store events as part of a high-performing team.
- Ensure the store meets visual merchandising standards.
Qualifications
- A qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Proof of the right to live and work in the country must be provided if invited to interview.
