Le Labo Makeup Artist position in Taichung, Taiwan – join Estée Lauder's prestige beauty team in a dynamic in-store role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, inspirational makeup consultations and applications to customers in-store
- Educate customers on product benefits and application techniques tailored to individual preferences
- Execute in-store events and product launches as part of a high-performing team
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and product displays to drive competitive positioning
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems and process transactions accurately
- Work flexibly across retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
Qualifications
- Demonstrated creative and technical expertise in makeup application (certification or retail makeup experience preferred)
- Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Flexibility to work variable retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Experience with retail point-of-sale systems and software
- Legal right to work in Taiwan
Skills
Experience
Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; however, candidates with amateur-level experience and demonstrable creative and technical expertise are encouraged to apply.
Education
Makeup artistry certification preferred but not required.
