A skilled Beauty Advisor for Le Labo will combine creative and technical makeup expertise with passion for customer engagement to deliver personalized in-store experiences. The role encompasses makeup consultation and application, customer education, collaborative participation in in-store events, and maintenance of visual merchandising standards. The successful candidate will be a dynamic, self-motivated professional prepared to contribute to a high-performing retail team within the prestige beauty sector.
Role & Responsibilities
- Apply makeup artistry techniques to enhance customer appearance while educating them on product features and benefits
- Deliver personalized consultations and customized beauty recommendations tailored to individual customer needs and preferences
- Execute in-store visual merchandising standards and participate actively in promotional events and product launches
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems accurately to process transactions and maintain inventory records
- Collaborate with team members to foster a welcoming, inspirational atmosphere and achieve store sales targets
Qualifications
- Demonstrated creative and technical expertise in makeup application
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service consistently
- Flexibility to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Right to live and work in Mexico (proof required upon interview invitation)
Skills
Experience
While certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience is preferred, applicants with amateur-level experience who can demonstrate strong creative and technical expertise are encouraged to apply.
Education
Makeup artistry certification or equivalent training is desirable but not required.
