Le Labo seeks a Makeup Artist for a full-time, 36-hour-per-week role in travel retail at Heathrow Airport Terminal 2. The role delivers personalized in-store customer experiences, supports events and visual merchandising, and includes training and development and a benefits package.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Collaborate with the team to create impact through in-store events.
- Ensure the store meets visual merchandising standards and stands out against competitors.
Qualifications
- A makeup artistry qualification or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate strong creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Availability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Proof of the right to live and work in the country must be provided if invited to interview.
