The role encompasses makeup application, client education, and participation in in-store events while maintaining visual merchandising standards. Role & Responsibilities
- Combine creative and technical makeup expertise to deliver personalized, inspirational in-store consultations and makeovers
- Educate customers on product benefits, application techniques, and Le Labo brand heritage
- Participate in planning and executing in-store events and promotional activities to drive customer engagement
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation to enhance brand positioning
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems accurately and process customer transactions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a high-performing retail environment
- Support customers through the entire purchase journey with authentic, personalized service
Qualifications
- Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience preferred, though amateur-level experience with demonstrated creative and technical expertise is acceptable
- Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Capacity to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Proof of right to live and work in the United Kingdom

Education
