The Laboratory Technician supports personalized in-store customer experiences, contributes to events and maintains visual merchandising standards as part of a high-performing team. The role requires retail-hour availability, including days, nights, weekends and special events.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Combine creative and technical expertise with a passion for people in customer interactions.
- Contribute to a high-performing team and create impact through in-store events.
- Maintain the store's visual merchandising standards so it stands out from competitors.
Qualifications
- A qualification in make-up artistry or previous retail make-up experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Proof of the right to live and work in Hong Kong must be provided if invited to interview.
